SG:TNG Executive Order #2400
- I. PROMOTIONS
- A. Brevet Brigadier General Asid Mjolnir is hereby promoted to full Brigadier General, US Army
- B. Brevet Lieutenant Colonel Jason Walker is hereby promoted to Colonel, Canadian Forces
- II. ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICE
- A. The office of "MAJCOM Founder" is hereby established as a MAJCOM officer in full standing.
- B. This office shall be held by two members
- C. The responsibilities, abilities, and duties of this office shall include but shall not be limited to:
- i. advisory capacity in any MAJCOM decisions and proceedings that the holder of the aforementioned office shall decide to partake in
- ii. the ability to vote and participate as a MAJCOM officer in full standing in any and all elections and MAJCOM internal decisions, including those held by the MAJCOM Executive Council (Chief of Staff, Executive Officer, and Commanding Officer)
- iii. the authority to conduct harmonizing interventions, including but not limited to veto powers, over any and all elections and MAJCOM internal decisions, including those held by the MAJCOM Executive Council (Chief of Staff, Executive Officer, and Commanding Officer)
- iv. the authority to recommend and implement the redaction of MAJCOM Staff, including but not limited to the Chief of Staff, Executive Officer, and Commanding Officer
- v. the final authority to approve or enact any amendments to the SG:TNG Constitution
- vi. the final authority to review and implement recommendations for promotion of members beyond the rank of pay grade O-6 or any other equivalent
- vi. the ability to exercise any discretionary powers necessary to ensure the tranquility and harmonized existence of SG:TNG
- III. ALTERATIONS TO EXISTING MAJCOM OFFICER POSITIONS
- A. Lieutenant General Allen Yu hereby ceases to be the MAJCOM Commanding Officer
- B. Major General Jeff Chan hereby ceases to be the MAJCOM Executive Officer
- C. Brigadier General Asid Mjolnir hereby ceases to be the MAJCOM Acting Commanding Officer
- D. Lieutenant Colonel Jason Walker hereby ceases to be the MAJCOM Acting Executive Officer
- E. Captain Nolan Etearna hereby ceases to be the MAJCOM Acting Chief of Staff
- IV. APPOINTMENT OF MAJCOM OFFICER POSITIONS
- A. Brigadier General Asid Mjolnir is hereby appointed as MAJCOM Commanding Officer in full capacity
- B. Lieutenant Colonel Jason Walker is hereby appointed as MAJCOM Executive Officer in full capacity
- C. Captain Nolan Etearna is hereby appointed as MAJCOM Chief Of Staff in full capacity
- D. Major General Jeff Chan is hereby appointed as MAJCOM Founder in full capacity
- E. Lieutenant General Allen Yu is hereby appointed as MAJCOM Founder in full capacity
- V. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
- A. The current MAJCOM Commanding Officer, MAJCOM Executive Officer, and MAJCOM Chief of Staff have the authority to authorize the confirmation and nomination of any candidate who may be a replacement to serve in any of the three aforementioned offices by a majority vote; a MAJCOM Founder shall then authorize the implementation of this replacement and positional redaction via direct notification of the MAJCOM Commanding Officer
- B. Any final arbitration of disputes relating to this proclamation shall be of the sole discretion of the two MAJCOM Founders
AmendmentsEdit
- Nullified by MAJCOM Act #2401.
- MAJCOM ACT #2401 states that the previously two MAJCOM Founders have been found incompetent, and whatever power they believed they held is stripped away henceforth and with no hope of ever being granted again.
